Cavatelli Pesto

Preparation
1) Place the basil, garlic, pine nuts, salt and olive oil in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Remove to a bowl.
2) Stir in the cheese Parmesan, Taste for seasoning.
3) Cook the pasta in a large pan of rapidly boiling salted water until it is al dente. Just before draining it, take about 60ml / 4 tbsp of the cooking water and stir it into the sauce.
4) Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Serve immediately.
